🎟️ Tickets

  • No paper tickets needed. Check in with the NAME on your order.

  • Direct Purchase (GTS Theatre): Seats RESERVED in VIP, GOLD, RED, or BRONZE.

  • 3rd Party (TripAdvisor / Vacations Made Easy): Seats in BRONZE, first-come, first-served only.

👗 Dress Code

  • Casual welcome.

  • Many guests dress up a bit for Motown.

👥 Seating With Friends

  • Separate reservations = seating together NOT guaranteed.

  • Use the option: “Will YOU be joining friends/family with a SEPARATE reservation?”

  • No adjustments can be made at showtime.  These adjustments can be made 24 hours prior to the show,

🌦️ Weather

  • The show goes on unless an official WARNING or EVACUATION ORDER is issued.

  • In those cases, a gift card is issued.

🍿 Food & Drinks

  • Snack bar available (no dinner service).

  • Souvenir cup ($7) includes a FREE Beer, Wine, Soda, or Water.

📸 Photos & Video

  • No audio or video recording.

  • Photos without flash are fine.

  • Recording = immediate removal, no refund.

  • No outside food, drinks, or weapons permitted.

⚠️ 3rd Party Bookings (Trip Advisor / Vacations Made Easy)

  • Only sell BRONZE seats (Rows 6 & 7).

  • If upgraded into RED, it means Bronze was oversold.

  • 3rd parties raise prices, and GTS Theatre receives only a tiny portion.

  • You cannot pay to upgrade — you’ve already overpaid through 3rd party.

  • Booking direct = best seating, best price, and supports our cast.

  • All Sales Final – No Refunds

  • Direct bookings only:
    • Rebook up to 24 hrs before ($10 per person fee).
    • 24+ hrs notice = gift card issued.
    • Same day/after show = no gift card.
    • Hurricane Watch = call for full gift card.
    • Hurricane Warning = automatic full gift card.
