Ticket Processing Fee Structure: A ticket processing fee is added to all ticket sales and is utilized to offset the increasing expenses and technology to support automated ticket sales. As of Dec, 2015, the GTS Theatre has adapted following Box Office processing structure for single ticket purchases.
Ticket Refunds: Once your order has been processed, no refunds will be accepted. Please make sure you’ve selected the proper event time and show prior to completing your order. In the event of an emergency on the customer’s part we will try to accommodate you with a rescheduling of tickets to another show. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If an event is cancelled, we will refund the price of the ticket only. Service fees, processing fees, and any other fees – including delivery fees – are not refundable.
Lost Tickets: Lost tickets can be re-printed at the box office with a valid ID on the day of the event.
Third Party Tickets: The GTS Theatre DOES allocate tickets and/or sells tickets to outside ticket brokers affiliated with various Myrtle Beach Hotels. Tickets purchased through third parties does not guarantee specific seating. Also, please be aware that ticket brokers may add substantial fees on top of the price they paid for the tickets they are reselling. We have no control over the fees they charge their customers nor do we have the ability to adjust the tickets purchased through an outside source. We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets directly from our website at www.gtstheatre.com or gtstheatre.eventsmart.com When you purchase from us, you will get the most current seat information, the best availability, the best prices, and all of your money will go to support the GTS Theatre.
Box Office Discounts: The GTS Theatre Box Office offers a variety of standard ticket discounts that are available to patrons on a daily basis. Please note that these discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are not valid on previous purchases. Some restrictions may apply, and based on the rules of each individual production’s management team, these discounts may not be available on all performances or shows. If a particular show is running a special for pricing no other discounts will be allowed during the special price time.
Group Discount: Groups of 11 or more enjoy specially discounted ticket prices (15%-30% depending on show and time) and receive personal attention by our group sales coordinator, who will assist in making sure their party is treated like royalty. As an added bonus, the group leader and bus driver attends FREE! Call 843.765.4386 ext 6 for more information or to plan your next group outing.
Senior Discount: Seniors, ages 60+, who purchase tickets can enter in their special discount code online or call the GTS Theatre to have help in purchasing their tickets or in person at the Box Office receive a 20% discount for most performances. This discount may not be available for all performances and some restrictions may apply. Please call ahead for senior discount details on any specific performance. Seniors must present a valid ID at check-in if purchased over the phone or the internet.
College Student Discount: Students who present a current valid school ID when buying tickets in person at the Box Office may receive discounts for certain performances. Some restrictions apply. and discounts may only apply to certain seating sections. Call 843.765.4386 for details.

Inclement Weather/Hurricane Policy:
GTS performances are rarely canceled and only in the case of severe weather. Unless a State of Emergency is declared by the office of the Governor of South Carolina, performances will go on as scheduled. Individuals may also call the box Oofice at 843.765.4386 If there is bad weather and a show is canceled, customers may exchange their tickets to another performance in a multi-performance run (subject to availability). The GTS Theatre has a no refund policy.

Computer Generated Seating Algorithm:
Row 1 – VIP Seats Only – NO DISCOUNTS
All seating is table and chair. Groups of 7 or more will be split up. Our seating is at half capacity so please purchase tickets in advance.
GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING: All tables are assigned in the order in which purchased through GTS Theatre. If purchased from an outside ticket source the tables are assigned AFTER the GTS Theatre direct ticket buyers.
Outside Ticketing Sources in the order they purchased. (i.e hotels, discount ticket outlets, timeshares etc.) Note: If you have purchased your ticket from an outside ticket source, you may be required to pick your ticket up somewhere else. Please verify with the company as to where you ticket pickup location is. Also, at no time does outside ticket sources sell VIP seating.
- This intimate cabaret theatre seats 85 people comfortably.
- The front row is VIP Seating – Why Choose VIP? As the entertainers come down off the stage they engage with the front row. They may stop and shake your hand during a song or drop to one knee and sing part of the song to you. It’s truly an experience of a lifetime. NO DISCOUNTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR VIP SEATING.
- All other seating is considered General Seating. Our computer system does not assign your seat number when you order your tickets. Why not? Unlike other theatre’s if you need to add someone to your party you may do so up to 12 hours prior to the event. That person or persons will then sit with you as long as the tickets are all ordered under the same name as previously.
- The computer will assign you a table about 2 hours prior to performance.
- You will find out the table you are in upon arrival unless you order VIP then you are in row 1 or front row.
- Keep in mind there are only 5 rows.
- YOU MUST ARRIVE TO EACH SHOW 15 minutes PRIOR – Seating stops when the show begins and you will NOT be able to be seated until intermission time. ARRIVE ON TIME!
- As long as you have placed one order or several orders under the SAME NAME you will all sit together.
- Our computer does not know who is friends with who. Therefore, if the reservations are on two different orders with two different names the computer will seat you as if you are TWO Different groups in the order of your purchase.
I’M TRAVELING WITH ANOTHER COUPLE – HOW DO WE SIT TOGETHER? Have ONE PERSON ORDER ALL the tickets for your group. The computer will not separate your group. However, if you order separately…the computer does not know your friends and you are likely to not sit together!
